The Backtop bakery freezer is designed with a full door. This model is designed for 60 x 40 cm baking sheets.
The exterior and interior housing are made of stainless steel.
It features optimal insulation with an energy-saving high-insulation body with a density of 40 kg/m³ and 60 mm energy-saving insulation. The self-closing door has a handle strip and a 90° open position. The evaporator has an extra coating. Defrosting and condensate evaporation occur automatically.
In addition, the CNG-101-UC 20 S freezer has electronically controlled temperature and defrost display. It also has height-adjustable CNS feet and is compatible with a plinth.
The warranty period is 24 months.
